The acronym H.E.L.P. agency means « Helper-Expat Link & Partnership ». Our mission is to create a sustainable link between expatriate families and Domestic Helpers*.
The H.E.L.P. agency agency is a consultancy firm that prepares and trains Western families relocating to Singapore to develop the best and most efficient relationships with Domestic Helpers.
The H.E.L.P. agency offers a wide range of services meeting all needs of expatriate families, many of whom have experienced disappointment, if not failure, with Domestic Helpers.
Most Domestic Helpers have little knowledge of Western values and practices, and expatriates are seldom familiar with their own references and habits. This results in frequent misunderstandings and unproductive, even failed relationships.

 Because no probation period clause can be included, we offer pre-hiring services: before you screen candidates, we help you prepare your recruitment interview and define the selection criteria best suited to your needs and compliant with labour law in Singapore.
Then we offer post-hiring services:
- Upon arrival of your Domestic Helper at home: we help you start and develop your relationship with a Domestic Helper in the best way: an orientation program covering cultural differences,
 a fair employment agreement compliant with labour law in Singapore, a schedule of household chores, list of your personal housekeeping procedures and methods in a guidebook, and induction programs for Domestic Helpers in childcare, hygiene, and safety.
- We also offer “a la carte” support and counseling sessions, adapted to the needs of your family and to the evolution of the relationship between you and the Domestic Helper you employ. Counseling and mediation are essential of this "Guidance Solution".

* A Domestic Helper, also called ‘maid’ or ‘Foreign Domestic Worker’, is someone who works and lives in the employer's household. Domestic helpers perform a variety of household duties for a family, from providing care to children and elderly dependents to cleaning and maintaining a household.
