Any minor (in our eyes) misunderstanding can make the Domestic Helper give up all effort and even quit the job—then you must start the whole process of hiring and training over again.

Who can we help?

A Domestic Helper has just started working in your household. You want her to be 100% efficient more quickly than the average employee in Singapore.

You also want to be assisted and prepared by a neutral third party who can mediate any problems you might encounter.

How do we help?

We provide home assistance sessions with counseling, training, and mediation as required.

Also we have created "SOS Employer", a service dedicated to answering all urgent questions an employer might encounter with his/ her domestic helper: you send us an email with your question; we reply to you preferably through a phone call the same day or within 2 working days at the latest.

A local correspondant can also train your  Domestic Helper and provide mediate services if needed.
